When you order a product, we can arrange home delivery for you. The delivery price list can be found in a separate table, and your shopping cart will always update to show your delivery cost once you select the delivery country.

Your package typically takes 2 to 7 business days to arrive at your address. If you place your order during the weekend or on a public holiday, we will ship it on the next business day. If you opted for a custom solution, the delivery time will be extended by 2-3 business days. Our chosen delivery partners are GLS or DHL.

Your order will be delivered to the address you provided during checkout. For home delivery, the following payment options are available:

Delivery Time and Notifications

Your package will typically take 2-7 business days to reach your address via our delivery service. If you placed your order over the weekend, we will ship it on the next business day.

Upon dispatch of your order, you will be notified via SMS and email. In the email, you will receive a tracking number and a link to track your package. Your tracking number will be active later in the evening on the day it is dispatched from our warehouse. We recommend checking the tracking activation after 9 PM or the following morning.

If you are not available at the specified address during delivery, our courier service will arrange a new delivery location or time. If you miss the courier’s call, they will leave you a notification (via email or SMS) and attempt delivery again on the next business day.

How to Ensure Smooth Home Delivery

To make sure your order is delivered quickly and easily, we recommend the following:

• Provide an accurate delivery address where someone will be available to receive the package.
• Provide a phone number where you can always be reached in case of any delivery issues.
• Track your package. The package tracking system keeps you updated on the current location of your package, so you can check when it’s likely to arrive and see if there are any delivery issues.
• Make sure your name is clearly visible on your door to avoid any confusion for the courier in finding your address.
