Through Our Online Store

Our online store is available 24/7, allowing you to choose the product that best suits your needs. If you’re interested in a custom Sole Traxion design, please refer to the instructions under the Custom Solutions section below.

Send us your logo or name in one of the following formats: Vector files include:

• Native Adobe Illustrator (.AI)

Process

1. Email us at info@x-soul.eu with the following details:

• Your logo in one of the formats listed above.
• Your full name, delivery address, and contact details.

2. We will send you a proforma invoice.
3. Once the payment is confirmed, we’ll send you the final design for approval.
4. After you approve the design, we’ll ship the finished product to your specified address.
5. Expect your custom Sole Traxion to arrive within 10–14 business days.

Next steps

1. We will create a mock-up of your product featuring your graphic design so you can see exactly how it will look.
2. Once the proforma invoice is paid and the design approved, your custom Sole Traxion will go into production. Expect delivery within 10–14 business days.

Sales Policy

• All products must be paid in advance using one of the payment methods listed in the Payment Options section.
• Sole Traxion comes with a lifetime warranty when used as instructed.
• Custom-made products cannot be canceled or returned once the order is placed.
• For Sole Traxion products Graffiti or X, you can cancel or return your order within 30 days of receiving the product, provided it is unused and undamaged.
